Shipping and Returns

Shipping: The Shoppe Miami ships merchandise all over the world! Shipping orders always begin processing within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and usually ship within two business days. Domestic orders ship through USPS. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer overnight shipping. If you need your items sooner please email us at info@leahandpearl.com 

Shipping cost: All US orders over $75 ship free! Orders under $75 ship for just $5. Express shipping is available for $10. Orders to Canada ship for $15 and the rest of the world for $25. We offer free local pick up in Miami Beach, Florida. 

Exchanges: Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out!) Send your unwanted item back within 10 days to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be received within the 10 day window, no exceptions will be made.

Returns: You have 10 days from the date of receiving to return your item for a full refund. Please include your name and order number, as well as why you are returning the item. The item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition (no signs of wear or damage). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us immediately. If an item is received after the 10 day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
