Store Policy

Shipping: The Shoppe Miami ships merchandise all over the world! Shipping orders usually begin processing within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and usually ship within two business days. Domestic orders ship through USPS. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer overnight shipping. If you need your items sooner please email us at TheShoppeMiami@gmail.com 

Shipping costs: We now offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping for $6 is 10-14 days. Standard shipping and free ship orders ship with USPS and are not insured. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages while in transit. Please contact USPS for that. Priority shipping with UPS for $10 is 2-7 days and express shipping with UPS for 2-3 days is $30. Orders to Canada ship for $20 and the rest of the world for $40. We offer free local pick up in Miami Beach and Surfside, Florida. 

Returns: 

  • You have 6 days from the date of receiving your order to return your item for a refund, minus the cost of shipping to the customer. 
  • Items must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition (no signs of wear or damage) with original tags attached.
  • We will deduct the cost of shipping to customer from any refund. (In addition to the cost of return shipping.)
  • Returns over $250 will be charged a $20 restocking fee to be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns that include more than three items will be charged an additional $4 per item fee, regardless if you choose to use your own label. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • All Discounted items are FINAL SALE.
If a return is postmarked after the 6 day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be rejected and returned to you and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to deny, refuse or charge a 15% late fee on any return that is post marked after the 6 days. We do not accept returns on international orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE PURCHASED BEFORE A HOLIDAY (Sukkot and Passover) AFTER THE HOLIDAY OR DURING CHOL HAMOAD. Your online return will need to be scanned into the mail before the holiday starts to be accepted. Returns scanned into the post office after the holiday starts or during Chol HaMoed will be rejected and held for pick up.  

 

Return Request: You have 6 days from the day your order was received to make a return request through our website. The day you receive your order is counted as day 1. For example if you receive your package on a Wednesday you have until Monday to request a return as well as have it post marked. If you request a return on day 6 but don't take it to the post office until day 7 your return will be rejected and returned to you. We recommend getting a receipt when dropping off your returns at the post office. We do not accept returns on international orders. 

  • We provide return labels at an $10-$14 fee. Orders placed through Instagram and facebook are not eligible for a return label, you will need to purchase your own return label. Return label fee is based on weight, items and distance. Once a return label is issued we can not return the label fee even if you choose not to use it.
Undelivered Address / Return to sender: When a order is returned to the store due to a bad address this order is considered out of our return window. We can reship the order for a $6 fee or you may pick it up from our store in Miami Beach, FL. We will not be issuing a refund or canceling this order under any circumstances. Please double check your shipping address when shipping to a vacation home as this is where most issues occur. 

Pick Up Orders: You have 6 days from the day you receive your pick up order notification to make a return for a full refund. If you pick up your order after 6 days you have missed your return window and your order is considered final sale.

Cancellation Policy: All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Merchandise is taken out of stock and reserved for you. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee on orders up to $100 and a 10% cancellation fee on orders over $100 before credit is issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. Sale items are final sale and can not be canceled. Refused packages that are returned are considered as a canceled order and will follow our cancelation policy. 

Exchanges: Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out!) Send your unwanted item back within 6 days to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be received within the 6 day window, no exceptions will be made.

Damages: You have 6 days from the date of receiving a damaged item to make a damage claim. Please email TheShoppeMiami@gmail.com immediately to resolve the issue. 

All discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be canceled.
All items ending in .99 are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled.
Socks and hair accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Unclaimed pick up orders will be donated after 6 months.
